Setup in Trackiverse
Install once. Link each person to the projects they can access.
A workspace admin installs the Slack app so it can post messages and open modals. Each person then links their Slack identity to their logged-in Trackiverse user, so Slack actions use that account’s projects and row-level access.

The real capture shape
Choose an action and save it to the right project.
The Slack modal lets you choose the action, project, and—when creating a task—the feature and task name. A message or thread can also be summarized before capture when the server is configured for it.
- Add to Trackiverse from a selected message or thread.
