Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Trackiverse ("Trackiverse," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at trackiverse.com, our applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account and profile. For example, name, email address, display name, profile photo, authentication identifiers, and workspace or team membership details you provide or that are assigned when you join an organization.
  • Content you create. Project data you enter in the Service—such as timelines, tasks, features, notes, version history, and sharing configuration—including materials you paste or import for AI-assisted workflows where you choose to use those features.
  • Billing. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects payment method details and billing address. We receive limited billing metadata (for example, subscription status, plan, and customer identifiers) needed to provide the Service.
  • Integrations.If you connect third-party services (for example, Slack), we process tokens, workspace identifiers, and content necessary to provide the integration according to your settings and the third party's permissions.
  • Usage and technical data. Log data, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic information to operate and secure the Service. Where we use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, we do so as described below.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate users, enforce security, and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Process subscriptions and communicate about billing or the Service;
  • Support integrations and features you enable;
  • Understand usage in aggregate to improve product experience;
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests;
  • Communicate with you about updates, security, or support (you may opt out of non-essential messages where applicable).

3. How we share information

We share information only as described in this Policy:

  • Service providers. We use vendors to host and operate the Service, store data, process payments, send email, and perform similar functions. Examples include our database and authentication provider (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and infrastructure partners. They may access information only to perform services for us under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Workspace and sharing. Content is visible to teammates, invited users, or recipients of share links according to your settings. Do not share sensitive information beyond what you intend.
  • Analytics. We may use Google Analytics or similar tools to understand traffic and product usage. Where used, those providers may set cookies or similar technologies subject to their policies and your browser controls.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Trackiverse, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.

We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly defined in U.S. state privacy laws.

4. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and operational constraints; some data may persist in backups for a limited period before automatic deletion.

5. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@trackiverse.com. We may need to verify your request. You can also adjust cookies through your browser settings where applicable.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing may include contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (such as security and product improvement, balanced against your rights), and consent where required (for example, certain cookies or marketing).

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
